Design Review
Submit your Gerbers, BOM, and CAD files. Our engineering team reviews them for manufacturability (DFM) to prevent costly errors.
Sourcing & Setup
We source components locally or internationally, setup stencil printing, and program the Pick & Place machine for your specific design.
Assembly & Fab
Boards are populated, reflowed, and inspected. Enclosures are concurrently 3D printed or laser cut to your exact specifications.
QA & Delivery
Visual inspection and optional functional testing ensure quality. Hardware is securely packaged and shipped globally.
Component Sourcing
Don't want to handle the logistics? We offer full turnkey services. Provide your BOM, and we will source components directly from trusted distributors like Mouser, DigiKey, and LCSC, ensuring authentic parts and minimizing shipping delays.
Quality Assurance
Quality isn't optional. Every board that leaves our facility undergoes rigorous visual inspection. We also offer basic functional testing and flashing services for microcontrollers, so your prototypes arrive ready to deploy out of the box.
